External silo and feeders

Model Auto-Feeder 225

The 1,350 liter supply tanks are easy to refill. Thanks to the vertically adjustable flaps, the required amount of feed can be adjusted.

Feed tank

Model Eko 225

The 1000 liter supply tank is filled from the outside. This can be done with a tractor shovel or a large sack. Thanks to the use of a feed auger, the feed is automatically distributed to the feeders.

Both in the Eko 225 and in the Auto Feeder 225, the chickens have constant access to feed.

Standard poultry perches

A type of perch that is standard in every mobile poultry house. These perches have a ‘Christmas tree’ shape that allows  to move freely around the poultry house.

Bio poultry perches

A type of perch that is made of the same material as the standard perch, additionally fulfils the standards for organic egg production, but takes up a little more space.

Every customer is free to decide which perches they want in their henhouse.

Drinkers

The henhouse is equipped with a droplet system. This is the most effective solution. Thanks to the eaves cup, we minimize water loss and keep the henhouse clean. Additionally, a special roof is placed above the drinkers to protect them from chicken droppings. The drinkers are filled with water from a large 600l tank.

Mobile app

The app enables you to remotely control your mobile poultry house, even when you are far from it. It can be used to control the functions of the mobile poultry house as well as to keep an overview of feed and water supply or to control the temperature inside the poultry house. The application works on a phone as well as on a computer and also sends e-mails, e.g. when the feed or water level is too low.

LED lighting

The lighting system of the poultry house makes it possible to extend the day for chickens, which has a positive effect on laying. It is an automatic system that we can personalize and it has a twilight sensor. Additionally, we can control LED lighting separately on the lower and upper level.

The solar panels

Two solar panels supply all the electrical devices of the mobile chicken coop with energy. No permanent connection of the coop to the electricity grid is required. In winter and on cloudy days when the sunlight is not sufficient, the batteries can additionally be charged via an external mains supply. They can also be easily removed and recharged outside the hen house.

It is possible to change the orientation of the solar panels (4 sides of the world) and manually adjust their tilt to make better use of the sunlight.

Free range flaps

Thanks to the electric flaps, you do not have to worry about opening and closing the poultry house, as the whole process is automated. Through the control panel, we can influence the time of opening and closing the poultry house.

Spelled nests

Automatically opened spelled nests are a popular type of nests used in mobile henhouses. Their depth allows you to pour a thick layer of spelled, which envelops and slightly covers the eggs laid on it. Thanks to this, they are less dirty and are protected against damage. In addition, the presence of spelled affects their unique taste.

Roll-away nests

This is a convenient and modern form of nest that can open and close at times programmed by the farmer. Once the egg is laid, it rolls into a safe zone that the hens can no longer access and thus cannot damage or contaminate the eggs. The nests also have a partial closing function, so that the safe zone becomes larger and can accommodate more eggs. When closing, the hens are spontaneously ‘ejected’ from the nests.

Simple egg collection

The flaps open from the outside allow easy access to the eggs, ensuring that the egg collector does not come into contact with debris.
Their undoubted advantage is also the fact that they can be tilted upwards, which at the same time protects us from rain. Additionally, each flap has a built-in lock that protects the eggs from theft.

Poultry house cleanliness

Under the floor grate there is a band, which makes it easier to get rid of the droppings. It transports the manure to the outside, which keeps the house clean and reduces the risk of chickens getting sick. This is very important as 225 hens produce up to 10 tonnes of manure per year. Removal of droppings from the upper band is facilitated by the built-in chain gear, which makes turning the crank easier by 50%.

Scratch zone

On the lower level there is also a movable band, which is additionally lined with dry litter. In this zone, the hens can satisfy their natural scratching needs at any time, regardless of the weather conditions.

Gravity ventilation

At the top of one of the side walls of the henhouse, there are windows with adjustable opening. Their main function is air exchange.
Our offer also includes elements that support gravity ventilation – nets in the door space, a thermal actuator and a fan.

Additional ventilation in summer

On the lower level, on both sides of the poultry house are panels that can be easily and quickly removed for extra airflow on sunny summer days. This does not pose any additional risk to the hens, as these spaces are secured with a net.

The thermal actuator

Its operation makes it possible to reach the temperature set on the controller.

The thermal actuator supports gravity ventilation. When the temperature set on the controller is lower than the temperature in the poultry house, the thermal actuator opens the penultimate window to lower the temperature in the poultry house.

The fan

Its operation enables the temperature set on the controller to be reached. It can be operated in conjunction with a thermal actuator or separately.

It switches on when the desired air temperature in the poultry house is lower than the temperature prevailing there.

Protective net over the run

The net is used to protect chickens from birds of prey. This is an area of 22.5 m2 in which hens can hide in the event of an emergency. The net is easy to unfold and fold with a crank.

Hydraulic feet

Each mobile poultry house can be equipped with 4 hydraulic feet, which make it possible to place the poultry house on sloping, uneven terrain.

Changing the wheel position

The poultry house can be in two different positions by changing the wheels’ position. The wheels can be in the middle of the poultry house – high position / for transport – or at the back of the machine – low position / for egg collection. The poultry house in the low position is more difficult to manoeuvre, but moving the poultry house is still possible.
